Not quite knowing what kind of hike I was getting into, I was a bit overwhelmed by the trail, but after pressing forward it was one of the best sights I have seen. Gravesite Of Doc Holliday At Linwood Cemetery - Glenwood Springs, CO Today we are exploring the Glenwood Springs area where it has been said to be the final resting place of one of the Wild West's most infamous people, Doc Holliday. Linwood Cemetery can be access through a brief hike from the street level. A special stop on my Colorado travels in Glenwood Springs for my friend Pam who was a part of my first travel adventure. I have always wanted to build a snowman in Colorado but never did I expect to be able to do so in such a beautiful place as Telluride, CO. Today I am taking on the Bear Creek Trail to explore this 4 mile hike toward the top. Along the way I find some really interesting things including a cairn collection, a bear in the distance and some of the best views in the area. When making a cross state trip not every day is scripted so you find fun in the small things you never expected.
