Any visit to Oregon is not complete without stopping at Crater Lake in southern Oregon. Originally created by a major blast crater, unmatched in size in the US since, the lake now is a wonder in itself as it currently carries a record for the deepest visibility in a clear water lake in the country. The cobalt blue color will leave you in awe as you visit.
